Why did you start yoga?
To get over an injury and to get my health back in order. Read more about my recovery here.
How long have you been practising?
Around 3 years now. A long time for some and a little for others.
How did you stick to your practise?
It has actually been very easy for me to stick to a consistent practise as it allows me to be both physically and mentally strong, to move freely and be happy. 15/20 minutes a day make a huge difference. Everyone has 20 minutes.
Where did you do your Yoga Teacher Training?
I was lucky enough to be awarded a bursary to do my 200hr YTT at CamYoga. I have been documenting my teacher training experience in a Vlog that you can watch on my youtube channel soon!
