Here is Sundays video, quick beginners yoga, sorry its a little later than normal.

Reconnect with the breath, let this practise take away the stresses of the day as we connect with the hands, pranayama, release the head, neck and shoulders.

This can be done first thing in the morning, at the end of the day…anytime you need a quick stress release and to connect mind to body.
